The Final Stage: FRANCE vs CROATIA

The biggest sporting event of the world has reached the final stage. After a month of mouth-watering clashes, France and Croatia have reached the final. Luzhniki stadium in Moscow is all set to host the final game of this years World Cup. With France being the favorites to lift he Cup, Croatia is no less. Have a look at the key players of both the sides:

FRANCE: Didier Deschamps could become the third person to win the World Cup both as a coach and as a player. He was the captain of the France side that won the World Cup back in 1998. Key players for France are:

Antoine Griezmann- He is responsible for the threatening attacks for France. His speed and ability to shot from anywhere will keeping testing Croatian keeper Subasic. Moreover, he has linked well with Mbappe of PSG and both of them will be running at the Croatian defence like a bullet. 

Paul Pogba- The Manchester United star midfielder has proved his worth in the tournament. He has performed better than he has performed for Manchester United last season. As the biggest game of his career awaits, Pogba will be focused to fulfill his desire of lifting the Cup.

Kylian Mbappe- This PSG star forward has announced himself at the international stage when he was seen toying with Argentina's defence. He appears to be unstoppable when he runs with the ball at a blistering pace. His speed and shooting accuracy will keep the Croatia's defence on the toes.

CROATIA: They might have surprised everyone, but they have earned there place in the final. They have played football with passion and have been calm. Zlatko Dalic should be proud of the character shown by the team as a whole. They are termed as comeback kings as they have come from behind in each of there three games in the knockout stage. Key players for Croatia are:

Luka Modric- He makes football look easy. His passing accuracy and ability to shot from distance makes him one of the best midfielder. He is the main man of the Croatian attack. He is in a sensational form and will be carrying his form in the finals.

Ivan Rakitic- Modric has grabbed all the praises for Croatia's success but Rakitic is there unsung hero. His positional awareness has played a big role in the World Cup. He is seen blocking the crosses and shots on one end of the field to firing shots at the other end.

Danijel Subasic: One of the reason behind Croatia being in the World Cup final is Subasic. He has taken the team through on two occasions. He has saved five spot kicks, three in the round of 16 and two in quarter finals. If the final goes to penalty shot-out he will be the main man for Croatia.
